Born on 5th of august 1952 in Bucharest, Romania.
Studies. Graduate of the Bucharest Fine Arts Academy’s Design Department in 1978, class of prof. Ion
Bitzan and prof. Vladimir Setran.

1978 - 1979 - special studies in design;
1979 - 1990 - worked as designer for Romanian Optical Industries;
1979 - became member of the Romanian Artist’s Association (RAA);
1990 - President of the Design Department of the RAA;
1992 - 1994 - Artistic Director at Apollo art gallery of RAA;
1993 - 1996 - RAA Vicepresident;
since 1990 - Professor at the Bucharest Fine Arts Academy;
since 1999 - President of the Romanian Artist’s Association; Member ICSID - Roster of Experts; president of VISARTA
